Check that you are signed in to the purchasing account. Open its order history and record the exact market, card currency, denomination and quantity. If saving failed, check history before creating another order.
For a partial batch, state how many codes were ordered and received. For a payment issue, keep the transaction reference and the instructions you followed. A screenshot should not expose code values, wallet secrets or unrelated personal details.
