Microsoft’s product and redemption pages describe eligible uses. Their examples are not a guarantee that every item exists in every regional store.

What the card does not do
It does not change the account’s region or guarantee a particular item stays at the same price. It is not a general payment card for unrelated merchants. Microsoft’s US product terms restrict cash exchange except where law requires otherwise.
Buy for the recipient’s account
Ask the recipient to check the desired item and account market themselves. You do not need their login credentials. If you are buying for a group, split the plan by account market before picking denominations.
Choose the amount last
After checking the item, use the local price and any balance already on the account to estimate the top-up needed. Keep that balance calculation separate from Arcavanta’s USD seller price.
