Save the seller’s legal name, product description, written terms, quote timestamp and support route. Record which document supports a claim about supply or authorization; a logo alone is not the document.
Have the supplier explain late payment, a partial batch, an invalid code and a recipient-region mismatch. A useful answer names the order record, the evidence required and the next action. A general “instant delivery” statement does not explain recovery.
